Pasta Sauce!
I love to grow tomatoes. Each year I grow 3 varieties of tomatoes like romas, sungolds and some sort of beefy tomato. Mostly I use the tomatoes for sauce and the beefy ones for sandwiches. BLT!!! When I make my sauce simmmer, puree and run it all through the food mill. What comes out is the juice and pulp. I take it one step further and strain the pulp out leaving behind the acidic water. Then i simmer that water down to a thick sweet nectar then adding the pulp back to the nectar. I promise this will be the best sauce you ever had.
