Welcome! Its nice to meet you. I’m Eric Rommen. I enjoy helping people achieve their goals and making them laugh. I was raised in the Midwest where I discovered my love for cooking. I went to culinary school and found my agricultural background had a strong influence on my cooking philosophy.
After working in some high-end restaurants as a chef, I decided to go back to school for my MBA which led to an amazing experience as Food and Beverage Director for two hugely successful businesses in Seattle. Today with the effects of the pandemic crushing the event and restaurant business, its time to pivot and try something new.
