Having a chef we trust and who can provide us a few incredible meals every couple of weeks has been incredibly helpful. The food is delicious, menus diverse and to our tastes. "My wife and I don't enjoy cooking very much and it's always been a struggle to get a healthy dinner on the table for us and our teenage son when we're both working full-time. When a mutual friend introduced us to Eric and he became our family's chef twice a month, it was a game changer. Now we all look forward to dinnertime! Eric's food is amazing - creative, flavorful, delicious, and still healthy. He is so flexible and easy to work with. He'll check in with us a couple days in advance to see if we have any special requests (let's have steak and mashed potatoes this week to celebrate a good report card), but usually we say "Surprise us!" When Eric comes to cook, the house smells so good all day. Besides the yummy food, Eric is fun to have around and he doesn't mind if I sneak a few bites here and there while he's working. J.F."
